Former MLS player Colin Clark has passed away. The Colorado native was 35 years old.
The midfielder made 138 appearances (97 starts), scoring 15 goals and adding 13 assists over his eight-year career in MLS. Clark played for the Colorado Rapids, Houston Dynamo and LA Galaxy. He registered one cap with the US men's national team, playing against Haiti in the 2009 Concacaf Gold Cup.
The Coloradoan reported on Tuesday that Clark died of a heart attack.
