Techera hands to face/head/neck
The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Vancouver Whitecaps FC midfielder Cristian Techera in violation of the League’s policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent. Techera has been issued an undisclosed fine for his action in the 62nd minute of Vancouver’s match against the San Jose Earthquakes on Sept. 1.
