The Disciplinary Committee has found Vancouver Whitecaps defender Ali Adnan in violation of the league's policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent. The incident took place during the 36th minute of Vancouver's match against the Seattle Sounders on June 29. As a result, Adnan has been fined an undisclosed amount.
