Former New York Red Bull defender Matt Miazga has made the bench for Chelsea in the first leg of its Champions League Round of 16 series at Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old US international moved from the Red Bulls to Chelsea in January. He’s yet to make his debut for the perennial English Premier League contenders, but is a substitute for their important clash in Paris on Tuesday as the club deals with a rash of injuries and suspensions in the back.
