Felipe v. Felipe: Which GotW finalist does the New York Red Bull prefer?

Felipe - vs Himself - GOTW - Vote - March 2016

We’ve got an all-Felipe final in the MLS AT&T Goal of the Week bracket.

Felipe’s two goals from the New York Red Bulls’ dramatic 4-3 victory against the Houston Dynamo last Saturday are going head-to-head for the Week 3 crown. The Brazilian midfielder put the Red Bulls on his back on Saturday, scoring twice in the final 13 minutes to erase a 3-2 deficit and give New York their first win of the season.

Felipe tied things up in the 77th minute, picking out the far post with a 20-yard curler from the left side. He notched the winner just six minutes later, smashing a stunning free kick over the wall and into the top corner to give the Red Bulls the victory.

Both goals were money, and we couldn’t help but wonder, which one did Felipe like best? NewYorkRedBulls.com got the scoop on Thursday, though the Brazilian midfielder tried to keep the focus on the full squad: “More than anything, I’m really happy that we could get three points and get back on track to keep moving forward.”
