TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Waived
FC Cincinnati have put fullback Blake Smith on waivers, the club announced Thursday. Smith was signed this offseason from the club's 2018 USL roster.
Smith, 28, made 30 regular season appearances for Cincy in USL last season with a goal and four assists. He was named to the bench though didn't make his season debut with Cincy in the club's 4-1 loss to the Seattle Sounders on Saturday.
Smith had a stint in MLS with the Montreal Impact five years ago and has featured for Miami FC in NASL and a season in Switzerland with Yverdon-Sport.
