With the appointment of Giovanni Savarese as the head coach of the Portland Timbers, all 23 head coaching positions have been filled for the 2018 season.


Savarase joins Anthony Hudson (Colorado), Bob Bradley (LAFC), Remi Garde (Montreal), Brad Friedel (New England) and Mikael Stahre (San Jose) as new head coaches heading into next season. Among that group includes former national team coaches, league title winners and a former world-class goalkeeper.
