College Cup: Round of 16 takes place on Sunday

North Carolina's Enzo Martinez celebrates a goal on Sunday against Coastal Carolina

In the Round of 16, the pressure mounts. It all happens on Sunday.

The 2nd Round saw a few upsets, including 4th-seeded Boston College's loss to Rutgers and 6th-seeded Southern Methodist's loss to Akron, and most likely there will be more when the Round of 16 is all said and done.

Top-ranked North Carolina are favored to get to the College Cup, but they must get past longtime powerhouse Indiana in the marquee matchup of the NCAA tournament so far. If they do, they will face the winner of the Brown-St. Mary's match, one of two clashes between unseeded teams.

The other is Akron vs. the University of Charlotte, who will fight to advance to the quarterfinals, where they will most likely face #3 Connecticut, who host James Madison.

On the other side of the bracket, #2 Creighton hosts UC Santa Barbara. The winner will move on to face the winner of South Florida-New Mexico.

The University of Maryland, meanwhile, host Louisville, while UCLA square off against Rutgers.
