Goal of the Matchday

Chicago Fire's Luis Solignac wins AT&T Goal of the Week with precise strike

The Chicago Fire finally broke their away winless streak on Saturday night against the Montreal Impact and part of that was thanks to Luis Solignac.

The striker opened the scoring after cutting back on to his right foot and finishing past Evan Bush in the side-netting. The goal won Solignac AT&T Goal of the Week honors for Week 24.

The former Colorado Rapid beat Toronto FC's Jozy Altidore in the final of the bracket, as Solignac took home 64 percent of the vote. He previously beat D.C. United's Patrick Mullins and Toronto's Sebastian Giovinco.
