AMSTERDAM – Sarpsborg 08 netminder Quentin Westberg posted his first Tippeligaen shutout on Sunday, stopping all three shots fired his way in a 0-0 draw away to Bob Bradley's Stabæk.

With Cole Grossman away to attend his sister's wedding, the second place Blue Ones were unable to find a way past Westberg. The American saved his best for last by tipping a bullet header from Stabæk top gun Adama Diomande with just five minutes to play.

The Sarpsborg 'keeper, who has kept the starting place despite the return of Jamaica No. 1 Duwayne Kerr, helped to end his 11th place side's three-game league losing slide. Meanwhile, Bradley's boys went winless in consecutive Tippeligaen games for the first time since May to slip five points off Rosenborg's title pace.

Around the league, Zarek Valentin worked a solid shift at right back as suddenly streaking Bodø/Glimt held on for a 2-1 triumph away to Rhett Bernstein's Mjøndalen.

Valentin was joined on the winning side by 83rd minute sub Danny Cruz. Bernstein, making his return from injury, entered the contest at the same time and would eventually fire a stray stoppage time volley as Mjøndalen's last shot at an equalizer

Glimt remained in 12th place despite notching their third straight victory, while the hosts and their eight-game win drought fell into the drop zone.

On Saturday night, Galway United striker Jake Keegan bagged a hat track to pace their 4-2 road win over Limerick.

The No. 12 shirt started the party on 12 minutes with a clean close-range finish. After Limerick leveled, Keegan was robbed twice before finally restoring the visitors' lead just past the hour. The New York native then scored the stand-up winner on a 74th minute breakaway.

Keegan took his season tally to seven, boosting him into the top 10 of the league scoring chart, and his overall haul for the campaign to nine. As for Galway, the result halted a three-game winless run and lifted the team to seventh place.
