Goal of the Matchday

Albert Rusnak's screamer cruises to AT&T Goal of the Week prize for Week 22

It sizzled past goalkeeper Sean Johnson and sank New York City FC, and now it's dominated the field in the AT&T Goal of the Week vote.

Albert Rusnak's long-range screamer from Real Salt Lake's 3-1 win over NYCFC has conquered the Week 22 GOTW vote in a landslide, hoovering up 70.58% of ballots cast.

That's nearly five times what the next-closest finisher polled: LAFC star Diego Rossi comes in a distant second place with 14.17%.

The pretty combination between Orlando City's Sacha Kljestan and Carlos Ascues ranks third at 9.54%, followed by Maxi Urruti of the Montreal Impact at 4.97% and NYCFC midfielder Alex Ring at 0.74%.
