Kacey White, a former U.S. Women’s National Team midfielder and 2008 Olympic alternate, is a match analyst for MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, joining the broadcast team in 2025. Since 2019, she has worked as a match analyst for the NWSL and has served as an analyst for ESPN since 2022. White brings a rare blend of elite playing experience, high‑level coaching credentials, and a global perspective developed over two decades in professional soccer.

A product of the University of North Carolina’s storied women’s soccer program, White won the 2003 NCAA National Championship with the Tar Heels, finishing her collegiate career as a two‑time All‑American and ranking among the program’s all‑time leaders in assists. Her professional career spanned from 2006–2012, including standout seasons in Sweden’s Damallsvenskan with Bälinge IF and AIK, followed by three seasons in Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS). She helped lead Sky Blue FC to the 2009 WPS Championship. At the international level, White earned 18 caps for the U.S. Women’s National Team from 2006–2010, won the 2005 Nordic Cup with the U‑21s, and served as an alternate on the gold‑medal‑winning U.S. roster at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Following her playing career, White transitioned into coaching across the youth, collegiate, and national team levels. She was an assistant coach with Texas Tech (2007), Southern Methodist (2008–09) and Oklahoma (2012–14) before becoming head coach at University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in 2014, where she engineered an 11‑7‑2 campaign, the program’s best season since 1993. She also coached the U14, U15, U16 and U17 U.S. Girls National Teams from 2015–2018, including serving as head coach for the U16 team from 2017-18. She holds both a UEFA A License (FAW) and a U.S. Soccer A License, among the highest coaching qualifications in the world.
