What Scouts Say: "Tough, strong and fit defensive midfielder ... Great ball-winning, stand-up tackler ... Unbelievable ball winner ... Good short-range passer ... Simple player ... Okay in the air, not his stregnth ... Does the dirty work. Imagine a shorter Sergio Busquets ... Smart soccer player ... You can play through him but his range can be questions ... Not the biggest kid either ... Can pass and start attacks ... Might get found out in MLS with limitations in ground he can cover and range of his passing."

Started all 17 games for the Nittany Lions in the 2012 season, but did not register a goal or an assist.
