MLS NEXT is accepting applications for membership for the 2024-25 season.
Admission is highly competitive for clubs to join the leading youth soccer platform in North America.
Applicants will be reviewed based on various criteria including, but not limited to, the following:
- Club History, Leadership, and Governance
- Community involvement and impact
- Expertise and Credentials of Coaches and Technical Staff
- History and Support of Diversity and Inclusion
- History of Elite Player Development and clear Player Pathway
- Holistic performance support programs
- Daily Performance Environment, including Training, Games, Facilities, Staff Support, Non-Soccer Programs, etc.
- Ability to Reduce or Eliminate Costs to the Player
- Geography
- Disciplinary History
- Strength of Current and Potential Player Pool
