Teams rely upon stars. That is true in actual and also Fantasy Soccer.
Because of that, I decided to take a look at the percentage of points that each player contributes to their respective team’s overall fantasy points total. This can help us identify which players to pick up from certain teams.
Familiar faces show up throughout the list, but there are also a few surprises in there:

What may be more surprising, however, is the inclusion of San Jose Earthquakes goalkeeper, David Bingham (SJ, $5.4m). Bingham has earned no less than three points in any round, including an eight-point performance last weekend in San Jose’s stoppage-time loss to the Portland Timbers.
If you want guaranteed points from Toronto FC or Orlando City SC, you’re going to have to shell out the big bucks. Sebastian Giovinco (TOR, $12.3m) has 39 more points than the next best player in Toronto. Kaká (ORL, $11.7m) is down to an even 100 after his controversial red card last weekend, but his point total still beats out any other Lion by a whopping 38-point margin.
