'What ’Cha Got': Did Tony Meola beat Maurice Edu in the race for a free Lamborghini?

Tony Meola with a Lamborghini

We’re almost mid-way through this season of What ‘Cha Got, presented by Continental Tires, in which MLS players and personalities whip a Lamborghini around a time-trial track to see who’s the fastest. The stakes are high—the winner gets to take that sweet car home. (Just ask Sean Johnson of the Chicago Fire about it. As last year’s winner, he’s still enjoying his wheels.)

The contest is divided up into an East-West format, and in the East, so far, the Philadelphia Union’s Maurice Edu has proven hard to topple from the winner’s spot. But if anyone could out-race him, maybe legend Tony Meola could?

The series caught up with Meola in New Jersey this week to see. Did Edu wind up crying from the sideline? Check out the video to see.
