Sebastian Lletget - US national team - celebration

Sebastian Lletget scored the US national team's opening goal on Friday night against Honduras, but was forced to leave the game in the 18th minute with a left foot injury. On Saturday, US soccer announced that he, along with three others, have departed Bruce Arena's camp.

Those three are Jordan Morris, John Brooks and Michael Orozco. Brooks has been dealing with a sinus infection and was subbed out of the match vs. Honduras in the 70th minute while Morris (right ankle) and Orozco (right knee) came into camp carrying injuries.

Club Tijuana attacker Paul Arriola was added to the camp ahead of Tuesday's World Cup qualifying match in Panama (10 pm ET; beIN Sports) and will join the USMNT prior to the team's departure for Panama City on Saturday night.

The roster now stands at 23 players ahead of Tuesday. The US sit in fourth place in the Hex after Friday night's action and could jump ahead of Panama into third place with a win.
