Orlando City striker Cyle Larin and four Vancouver Whitecaps -- defenders David Edgar and Marcel de Jong, defender/midfielder Fraser Aird, and midfielder Marco Bustos -- were included on the 18-man roster named by Canada Soccer on Wednesday for their friendly match next Friday, Nov. 11, against South Korea.

"We are looking to set a real solid performance standard with this match," said Michael Findlay, Canada's interim coach, in a statement. "The travel and logistics of this camp and opponent we will face in this match also provides us with an opportunity to assess the players' ability to adapt both on and off the field."

Findlay opted not to call up any players whose MLS or NASL clubs are involved in the playoffs, and he left out players from some European clubs.

Canada will face South Korea in Cheonan, South Korea on Nov. 11. It is the second straight international window where Canada has traveled out of North America to play friendly matches. The teams have a 2-2-1 all-time record in men's senior national team action.
