A massive top-of-the-table clash in the Western Conference is ahead when FC Dallas play host to the LA Galaxy on Saturday evening at Toyota Stadium. The teams are separated by five points at the top of the conference standings and MLS overall table, with the Supporters’ Shield still in sight for both clubs. FC Dallas return home with a playoff berth secure, coming off a goalless draw at Real Salt Lake last weekend. The Galaxy had their six-game undefeated run put to an end, falling 4-2 to Seattle Sounders FC on on Sunday afternoon at StubHub Center.

  • FC Dallas saw their winless run extended to three games with a second consecutive draw, following their goalless result at Real Salt Lake on Saturday evening.
