When Cascadia Cup rivals clash, the trash-talking often takes place via tifo. And Saturday's meeting between the Seattle Sounders and Vancouver Whitecaps at CenturyLink Field was christened with another enormous offering from the Emerald City Supporters.
Taking inspiration from "Game of Thrones," the ECS tifo reminded the Whitecaps of their "other" status as the Canadian outliers in this three-way regional grudge match, not unlike the "Mars Attacks"-themed creation with which Portland Timbers fans greeted Vancouver's visit earlier this year.
Will these White(cap) Walkers be defeated? Time will tell.
