It’s a meeting of clubs at the top end of the Western Conference when Real Salt Lake play host to FC Dallas on Saturday evening at Rio Tinto Stadium. Real saw their home undefeated run come to an end last weekend, still firmly in control of a playoff position despite a 1-0 loss to the Houston Dynamo on Saturday evening. FC Dallas became the first team to clinch a berth in the Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs following their 2-2 draw at New York City FC last Friday, still sitting atop the MLS overall table and leading the race for the Supporters’ Shield with 52 points.
