The competition’s getting tougher on the latest episode of this season’s What’Cha Got? In this series, presented by Continental Tires, MLS players and personalities race a Lamborghini for time around a track. The competition, divided into an East versus West arrangement, eventually ends with the fastest driver taking the sweet car home.
And now we’ve got a new leader in the West: Sporting Kansas City’s Matt Besler. With a zippy lap around the track, he’s bumped out the LA Galaxy’s Gyasi Zardes for the fastest time in his conference. (Over in the East, Maurice Edu of the Philadelphia Union sits pretty.)
Check out the new video to see Besler's ride, though he can’t get too comfortable – one of his teammates, Dom Dwyer, still awaits a future spin.
Also left to compete are Perry Kitchen, Lovel Palmer, Lee Nguyen, Andrew Farrell, Jordan Stewart, Marcelo Sarvas, Tony Meola, Cobi Jones, and Alexi Lalas.
