UPDATE: THE SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
Dear MLSsoccer.com Supporter,
I don't know about you, but I'm in a constant state of tension from what's going on in the MLS Cup Playoffs. From the drama of the final weekend to Wednesday night's extratime thrillers in New York and Kansas City, it's giving me a heart attack. And we're not even close to done yet. Which is nice.
Here at MLS Digital, we’ve kicked it up a notch with our coverage, introducing Playoff Central pres. by Samsung Galaxy, our regular video series about the playoffs, including live shows around all the matches. Check out Wednesday's postgame show, with special guest Dan Kennedy from Chivas USA.
But we’re also already planning for 2014. And, as always, we hope you'll continue to help us shape, evolve, and improve the MLS Digital experience, from the site to social to mobile products and more. After all, I like to believe that we're all in this together, trying to grow this game we all love.
With the annual MLS Digital Customer Satisfaction Survey, we are asking you, our users and fans, to rate your experience. What do you like? What could be better? How should we change? How do we compare against the competition?
And know this: We don't see this survey as some marketing project. We use the feedback we get to make real changes. For example, you told us loud and clear how you wanted MLS Live on Android, and we made it happen. Same with the Apple TV app. And from a content standpoint, we listened to the suggestions you shared with us and launched such new features as The Sideline, which takes a look at the lighter side of the North American soccer scene, and our longform series The Word.
So have your say. We're listening. Take this year’s MLS Digital Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Yours in soccer,
MLSsoccer.com Editor in Chief
