Unrivaled Match Coverage
The official app gives you everything you need to follow MLS matches, CONCACAF Champions League games featuring MLS teams, select US Open Cup and Canadian Championship matches, as well as many international matches:
- Live scores;
- Free highlight packages and video clips during MLS matches;
- Starting lineups, photos, box scores and real-time stats via Matchcenter.
And you can hide scores in case you don't want spoilers.
Live Match Streams
If you have a subscription to MLS LIVE, you can watch live, out-of-market match streams right from the app (blackout rules apply).
And you can stream MLS LIVE or any other video from the app straight your TV via AirPlay and Chromecast.
You already know that the MLS app gives you easy access to all the breaking news, videos and analysis from around the league. But app users can also get personalized notifications for news and videos about their favorite team or their favorite article or segment (ex. Instant Replay, Armchair Analyst, etc.).
Here's what's new in the latest 2016 MLS mobile app update:
SHARING IS CARING: It's now easy for you to share posts and videos with friends on your favorite social platform. Look out for the new share icon on the main "News & Videos" list as well on the top right corner of every post.
NEW-LOOK SCHEDULE PAGE: The latest app update now provides a single snapshot of any MLS match week in the schedule section. And you can still look up lists of matches by team or by date – the calendar view even has those days circled for you.
"SMARTER" MATCHCENTER: The Matchcenter, updated with a flashy, new design, still has everything you possibly need to follow a match at home or in stadium. But your favorite features – Timeline, Videos, Boxscore, Stats and Starting Lineup among others – are now set up as tabs for easy access with a single touch.
Your match hasn't started? Then you'll notice the "Preview" and "Ticket" tabs show up for you. Then voila! They're gone and replaced with match info as soon as the game kicks off. That's what we call "smarter."
