FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The Eastern Conference leading New England Revolution will host rival D.C. United at Gillette Stadium at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 5. TV38 will televise the game, and the WEEI Radio Network will broadcast the game on the radio.

New England (9-3-6, 33 pts.) enters the game riding a five-game unbeaten streak, going 3-0-2 since the start of July. The Revs lead MLS in scoring, averaging 1.83 goals per game, and is 4-1-4 at home this year.

D.C. (7-6-3, 24 pts.) sits fifth in the Eastern Conference, but has been idle from league action for two weeks while competing in the inaugural SuperLiga tournament. United is one of three MLS teams to have advanced to the semifinal of the first-year event between U.S. and Mexican's club teams.

This is the second of three meetings between the two teams this season, and the only one in Foxborough. The clubs played to a 1-1 draw at RFK Stadium on May 3 as Andy Dorman had the Revs' lone goal in the game. Overall, United leads the all-time series between the two teams, 22-17-5, but the Revs are undefeated against D.C. in their last five meetings, including the 2006 Eastern Conference Championship, which the Revolution won, 1-0, last November in Washington.

Sunday is also Comcast Day at Gillette Stadium, and Nickelodeon's Diego from "Go, Diego, Go" will be on hand at Soccer Celebration.
