‘What ‘Cha Got’: Did Cobi Jones take down Dom Dwyer this week in the free-Lamborghini race? | SIDELINE

This past weekend, Dom Dwyer proved himself a hero for his team, coming off the bench in the 74th minute to score Sporting Kansas City’s only goal five minutes later. Though they didn’t win, Dwyer’s goal helped them at least come away with a 1-1 draw with the Seattle Sounders.

Off the field, though, there’s another race in which Dwyer is winning so far – the race for a free Lamborghini in this season of What ‘Cha Got, presented by Continental Tires. Across the series, MLS players and personalities face a Lamborghini around a track in a time trial, in a competition set up in an East-West format. The overall winner at the end gets to keep the car.

So far, the Philadelphia Union’s Maurice Edu has ruled the East; Dwyer meanwhile recently notched the top spot in the West.

But on this week’s new episode, Dwyer’s got some pretty stiff competition: Cobi Jones. The latter MLS legend took to the track to compete in the West and see if he could knock Dwyer off his perch.

Check out the video to see if Jones managed to crush Dwyer’s dreams of the free Lambo.
