Fantasy: Positional rankings for Week 6 games this week and weekend

Week 6 of MLS Fantasy starts on Wednesday and it’s another packed week that sees 10 teams playing twice. While there are several attractive options that only play once, players on a DGW come with the added bonus of having two opportunities to turn in a good score. With that in mind, let’s get into it!

Goalkeepers

Brad Guzan has the best schedule of any DGW goalkeeper, albeit Atlanta United are on the road for both games. He kept a clean sheet the last time he faced both Inter Miami CF and Nashville SC, and the expansion sides rank dead last in the goal scoring department.

Darwin Quintero has been on an absolute heater with three goals and four assists over his last three games. He’s averaging over nine fantasy points per game, and with two bites at the apple in Week 6 there’s a good chance he continues to make an impact on the scoresheet.

Diego Rossi continues to produce the goals despite LAFC’s recent struggles. He led all forwards with 13 points last week, and with two games this week, he should see plenty of opportunities to add to his league-leading goal haul as LAFC look to right the ship.
