MLS Classics: David Beckham's 1st MLS start - LA Galaxy at NY Red Bulls

On August 18, 2007, the LA Galaxy and New York Red Bulls met in what would later be remembered as one of the greatest regular season MLS games of all time.

The crowd of 66,237 at the old Giants Stadium was there to watch David Beckham make his first MLS start, but the match featured loads of star power, including LA's Landon Donovan and a Red Bulls forward line featuring star Juan Pablo Angel and a young Jozy Altidore.

The frantic, goal-filled shootout that followed is still remembered as one of the most entertaining 90-minute spectacles in league history.
