Three MLS players have been called up by Venezuela national team head coach Rafael Dudamel for a friendly against Japan during the November international window.
Defender Rolf Feltscher (LA Galaxy), midfielder Renzo Zambrano (Portland Timbers) and attacker Jefferson Savarino (Real Salt Lake) are on the 24-man squad for La Vinotinto's friendly Sunday against Japan in Suita, Japan.

Notably absent from the roster is Atlanta United forward Josef Martinez, who wrote an open letter in September announcing he would no longer play for his country under Dudamel, due to a culmination of issues at the 2019 Copa América. Dudamel responded in October saying Martinez would have a role in the squad if he has a change of heart, and the striker was hobbled by an injury in the Five Stripes' season-ending loss to Toronto FC.
