Toronto FC can possibly move up to fourth place in the Eastern Conference and earn a home playoff game with a Decision Day presented by AT&T win over Columbus Crew SC Sunday at BMO Field.

Toronto FC (12-10-11) are currently in sixth place, but two points behind fourth place D.C. United, and take a nine-match unbeaten streak into their regular-season finale after rallying for a 2-2 draw against the Chicago Fire. Nine minutes after Aleksandar Katai canceled out Jozy Altidore's opening goal, Fabian Hebers gave the Fire a 2-1 lead in the 77th minute. But Omar Gonzalez leveled three minutes later, heading in an Alejandro Pozuelo corner kick for his first TFC goal.

The Crew (10-15-8) were already eliminated from postseason contention, but they affected the picture in a big way, beating the Philadelphia Union, 2-0, in their home finale Sunday. Youness Mokhtar and Pedro Santos broke the scoreless stalemate with goals four minutes apart midway through the second half to extend Columbus' unbeaten streak to five games. The win meant NYCFC, which lost at New England, secured the top seed in the East and the Concacaf Champions League berth that came with it.

In the first meeting this season August 17 at MAPFRE Stadium, the teams played to a 2-2 draw as Altidore equalized in the 90th minute, eight minutes after David Accam put the Crew in front.
