Two points below the playoff line in the Eastern Conference with four games to play, the Montreal Impact are desperate for all three points Saturday night when they host an FC Cincinnati side that's winless in nine and already eliminated from the playoff race.

The Impact (11-15-4) look to rebound from a disheartening 3-0 home defeat to D.C. United Aug. 31. Ola Kamara and Paul Arriola scored three minutes apart midway through the first half, and Kamara added his second goal in the 32nd minute to give D.C. United a commanding three-goal lead. Montreal have won just once in their last six games.

Similarly, FC Cincinnati (5-21-3) conceded three times in the first 28 minutes en route to a 5-1 home defeat to Toronto FC Saturday night. Michael Bradley and Nicolas Benzet extended the lead to 5-0 before Emmanuel Ledesma's cosmetic tally in the 90th minute for FC Cincinnati, who have lost four in a row and eight of their last nine.

This is the clubs' second meeting this year, with FC Cincinnati winning, 2-1, at Nippert Stadium May 11. Allan Cruz scored the lone goal of the first half and Fatai Alashe doubled the advantage in the 62nd minute. Orji Okwonkwo pulled the Impact back a goal in the 75th minute.
