The Canadian Classique heats up again Saturday night as part of Heineken Rivalry Week, with Toronto FC seeking a regular-season sweep and the Montreal Impact looking for a win in Wilmer Cabrera's debut as head coach. It's a game in which both teams need a positive result to improve their MLS Cup Playoffs hopes.

Toronto (9-10-7) are level on points with seventh-place Montreal, but two spots below the playoff line in the Eastern Conference on tiebreakers, are coming off a 2-2 draw against Columbus Crew SC at MAPFRE Stadium Saturday. Jonathan Osorio gave the Reds the lead three minutes from halftime, but Pedro Santos leveled three minutes after the restart. David Accam gave Crew SC the lead in the 82nd minute before Jozy Altidore headed in the 90th-minute equalizer.

The Impact (10-13-4) blew a three-goal lead and settled for a 3-3 draw at home against FC Dallas Saturday, which proved to be Remi Garde's last in charge of Montreal. Lassi Lappalainen struck for a first-half brace and made it 3-0 in the 56th minute. But FC Dallas scored three times in the final 31 minutes to secure the draw. On Wednesday, the Impact announced the club had parted ways with Garde and hired Cabrera as head coach.

This is the second meeting this season, with TFC winning 2-0 at Stade Saputo July 13. Alejandro Pozuelo broke the deadlock in the 61st minute and Altidore tacked on an insurance goal deep in second-half stoppage time.
