Greg Barkey, Manager of Video Review for PRO, went through four different reviews from the week. He showed the behind-the-scenes process to review the play that resulted in D.C. United midfielder Junior Moreno's red card against the Philadelphia Union.
He also shows the process for three possible penalties: Giancarlo Gonzalez's foul on Emerson Hyndman in Atlanta United's win, Larrys Mabiala's handball against Minnesota United, and Lamine Sane's handball against FC Dallas, and why that particular play was ultimately judged not to be a penalty.
