Following consecutive losses, Atlanta United are now going for back-to-back wins, taking on a Chicago Fire team coming off two draws in a row when the Eastern Conference foes clash at Mercedes-Benz Stadium Saturday.

Atlanta (7-5-2) defeated Minnesota United, 3-0, at home Wednesday night with Josef Martinez scoring a late brace after Franco Escobar opened the scoring in the 23rd minute.

Also on Wednesday, the Fire (4-5-6) rallied to earn a wild 3-3 draw against D.C. United at Audi Field. CJ Sapong and Djordje Mihailovic scored two minutes apart to give Chicago an early lead, but Ulises Segura responded with a second-half brace to level the score. Luciano Acosta put the Black-and-Red in front in the 81st minute, but Francisco Calvo equalized in stoppage time for the visitors.
