In the first of back-to-back matches to be played four days apart, Los Angeles Football Club host FC Dallas Thursday night at Banc of California Stadium.

LAFC (8-1-3) extended their lead atop the Supporters' Shied standings with a 3-0 victory over Columbus Crew SC at MAPFRE Stadium Saturday night with Adama Diomande and Carlos Vela scoring late after Mark-Anthony Kaye scored in the first half to extend their unbeaten streak to four games. 

FC Dallas (5-4-2) have lost consecutive games, including a 3-1 home loss to a rotated New York Red Bulls squad Saturday afternoon with Jesus Ferreira scoring a first-half stoppage time equalizer before FC Dallas conceded twice after halftime.
