New York City FC have appeared to turn the corner after a slow start, but they meet an Orlando City SC side that have wins in two of their last three games when the Eastern Conference foes square off at Yankee Stadium Saturday afternoon.
It wasn't pretty, but NYCFC (2-1-5) defeated the Chicago Fire, 1-0, on Wednesday for their first Yankee Stadium win of the season thanks to a Valentin Castellanos' ninth-minute goal. Orlando City SC (3-3-2) are coming off a 1-0 win over the Vancouver Whitecaps on the weekend with Nani scoring the late winner.
This is the second meeting this season with the teams sharing the points in a 2-2 draw at Orlando City Stadium to open the 2019 season.
