A jam-packed Week 7 of MLS Fantasy kicks off on Tuesday, and along with the quick turnaround, we have our first double game week (DGW) of the 2019 season! Four teams play twice (COL, DC, MTL, SEA), and with players from those teams eligible to earn points in both games, a viable strategy is to target DGW players to maximize point potential. Along with the added games comes the roster rotation factor, making it even more important to keep up with starting lineups to ensure maximum minutes potential.

Bill Hamid is one of four DGW goalkeepers to choose from, and he’s in a good bounce-back spot at Audi Field on Tuesday (8 pm ET | TVAS in Canada; MLS LIVE on ESPN+ in US), facing a Montreal attack that is missing star attacker Ignacio Piatti and were held to just three shots in their goalless draw in Week 6.

Raul Ruidiaz missed out in Week 6 due to a minor injury, but he was back in full training on Monday and appears fit to return to the field at Colorado on Wednesday (9 pm ET | MLS LIVE on ESPN+ in US, DAZN in Canada). Prior to missing the last game, Ruidiaz found the net in eight of his last nine appearances, which bodes well against a Rapids side that has conceded four goals in back-to-back games.
