In advance of the third and final regular season matchup between New York City FC and the New York Red Bulls Wednesday (7 pm ET | FS1, TSN - Full TV & streaming info) at Yankee Stadium, NYCFC produced a hype video narrated by Villa.
Several NYCFC players appear in the video at various places in the city, from Alex Callens emerging from the subway to Maxime Chanot standing at the corner of 110th Street and Fifth Avenue in East Harlem and Ronald Matarrita on the Brooklyn Bridge interspersed with slow-motion game highlights and shots of fans inside the stadium and out.
“The city is for the legends, and its for all those still to come,” Villa said. “It belongs to everyone. It’s a hustle, it’s a symphony, it’s a party, it’s a fight.”
