LAFC head coach Bob Bradley was reportedly spotted at the Costa Rican Clasico between Saprissa and Alajuelense over the weekend, driving speculation that the veteran manager could sign some players from the Central American country for his club’s expansion campaign.

Standing next to Bradley is former D.C. United defender Kurt Morsink. A Costa Rican-American, Morsink is now an agent who represents several Costa Ricans in MLS. He helped bring Portland Timbers midfielder David Guzman and Minnesota United defender Francisco Calvo and others to the league last winter.

According to an LAFC spokesperson, Bradley, LAFC GM John Thorrington and other members of the club's technical staff have been "scouting extensively" in recent weeks, taking several international trips to Central and South America and Europe.

Bradley and LAFC are in the process of filling out their inaugural roster. They’ve already landed one big fish in Mexican international Carlos Vela, who signed a Designated Player deal with the club over the summer.
