Adrian Arregui - Montreal Impact

Adrian Arregui's short time in Montreal has come to an end, with the Impact announcing Friday morning that they had parted ways with the Argentine midfielder after mutually agreeing to terminate his loan.

"After discussions with Adrian about his future with our club, we came to an agreement to end his loan agreement and mutually terminate his contract," said Montreal Impact technical director Adam Braz in a statement provided by the team. "We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors."

Arregui, 24, originally signed for Montreal on loan from Argentine side Temperley on February 22. He played 238 minutes across six MLS games, picking up one assist, and appeared in both legs of the 2017 Canadian Championship semifinals as Montreal advanced past Vancouver.
