Victor Mansaray - Seattle Sounders - dribbles in a friendly vs. Club Tijuana

Victor Mansaray, the youngest Homegrown signing for the Seattle Sounders and currently starring with Sounders 2 in the United Soccer League, heads USL's inaugural 20 Under 20 rankings.

The list was dominated by players from MLS-owned clubs, who took the top 10 spots and 18 of 20.

Mansaray, who was 17 when he signed with the Sounders in 2014, has four goals this season for the USL side and can play both on the wing and as a central striker.
