The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended the Chicago Fire midfielder Khaly Thiam after Week 21 of the 2016 MLS regular season.

The MLS Disciplinary Committee as fined and suspended Chicago Fire midfielder Khaly Thiam one game for 'serious foul play that endangered the safety of an opponent' in the 37th minute of Chicago's game against the New York Red Bulls on July 31. Thiam will serve his suspension during Saturday's match at Real Salt Lake.
