Technically speaking, there are a couple of potential answers to that question, and it's probably next up on Jesse Marsch's list of Spanish words to learn following his team's stunning 7-0 Heineken Rivalry Week demolition of New York City FC on Saturday.


The sideline cameras at Yankee Stadium captured him practicing his pep talks en EspaƱol (see video above) when he spoke to Gonzalo Veron as the Argentine prepared to enter the game as a 66th-minute substitute. 


The conversation might not sound pretty. But it seems to have more or less gotten the point across, as Veron ghosted in at the back post per his coach's instructions when he scored the sixth goal in the Red Bulls' thumping exclamation point of a win.
