Sneak Peek: Gores, Gilbert unveil proposed MLS development in Detroit

After Detroit Pistons owner Tom Gores and Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert announced on Tuesday that they're partnering to form an investor group to bring an MLS expansion club to downtown Detroit, Gilbert, Pistons executive Arn Tellem and MLS Commissioner Don Garber held a press conference in the city on Wednesday. 

The Detroit group unveiled renderings of a potential stadium, a 20,000- to 25,000-seat venue that would be built at the site of a closed Wayne County jail on Gratiot Avenue.
