A multinational company that has recently put down roots in Georgia will reportedly have its name on Atlanta United FC's new stadium.
Mercedes-Benz, which recently established its new US headquarters in Atlanta, will acquire the naming rights for the stadium, to be shared with the NFL's Falcons, according to an article by Sports Business Daily on Friday. The report says the official announcement is expected on Monday.

The German-based automobile company's agreement on the stadium naming rights could last as long as 30 years.
The stadium is scheduled to open ahead of Atlanta's debut MLS season in 2017.
