It’s not all stadium site scouting and Miami City Council meetings for David Beckham these days.
The former LA Galaxy star and English legend took some time out of his attempts to secure a venue site for his Miami MLS expansion club to make a fan’s dream come true last week, surprising Andy Moss – a Stage IV cancer patient who had posted a video to Instagram saying that meeting Beckham was on his bucket list – with a hospital visit.
Beckham’s agent saw Moss’s post and got the two parties in touch, with Beckham, his wife Victoria and two of their kids meeting with Moss and his family in LA last Tuesday.
