Orlando City's Kaka sees first action for Brazil in 19 months during 2-0 win over Argentina

Kaká raises fist for Brazil

When Kaka joins Orlando City for 2015 training camp, he'll do so as an active Brazil national team player.

OCSC's big Designated Player signing on Saturday made his first appearance for La Selecao since March 2013 -- a span of one year, six months and 12 days -- entering in the 81st minute in a 2-0 victory over archrivals Argentina in a match played in Beijing, China.

The 32-year-old replaced Diego Tardelli, the Atletico Mineiro forward who scored both goals for Brazil in the victory. Kaka also wore the captain's armband when Neymar passed it along after his substitution (images below).

His next opportunity to earn minutes for the side managed by Dunga comes on Tuesday when Brazil face Japan, led by former Mexican national team boss Javier Aguirre.

Saturday's match was also marked by another penalty kick fail by Argentine star Lionel Messi in the 40th minute. And Kaka went out of his way to console him at game's end.
