The Columbus Crew midfielder isn’t just one of the most dynamic players in Major League Soccer, he’s also a Stones fanatic in love with Argentina’s Rolinga movement, the popular way bands in Higuain’s native country mimic the Rolling Stones and other iconic bands of the 1960’s.
For Higuain, the love of the music and soccer are one and the same.
“I believe it’s the same thing,” he says. “A music band … a band with a ball. People … the passion behind both things.”
