The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended Colorado Rapids midfielder Nick LaBrocca one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for serious foul play that endangered the safety of an opponent in the 91st minute of the game against the Portland Timbers on Sept. 13.
LaBrocca recieved a yellow card for his challenge on the Timbers' Ben Zemanski. He will miss Friday's match against Real Salt Lake (10 pm ET, NBCSN in the US, TSN2 in Canada).
