Lil Jon's set was part of something called a Neon Splash "paint party" — we looked it up, and yes, it's a real thing — and said on Instagram after the show, "IM STILL WASHING PAINT OUT OF MY HAIR!!"
We don't know why Lil Jon was wearing the jersey, and to be honest, we don't really want to know. The fact that Lil Jon is wearing the jersey in the first place, when such clothing is so out of place for the setting, is enough for us.
